Why Beach Runs
Running barefoot on the beach at sunrise is one of the most levelling experiences available. There are no job titles on the sand, no hierarchy in the effort. A CEO and a junior developer run the same shore, face the same waves, and share the same sunrise.
Our beach runs cover 5-10km along Perth's coastline, starting at first light. The pace is social—this is not a race. We run together, regroup, and finish with a cold ocean dip for those who want it, followed by coffee or acai bowls.
The simplicity of the experience is what makes it powerful. Shared physical effort creates bonds that small talk never could.

FAQ
Common Questions
Do I need to be a runner?
No. Walk, jog, or run — whatever suits your fitness level. The group is supportive and the pace is social. The point is the shared experience, not the speed.
Is the ocean dip mandatory?
Not at all. The cold ocean dip is optional. Some members love it, others prefer to head straight to the coffee.
What beaches do you use?
We rotate between several Perth beaches depending on conditions and the season. The specific location is shared with registered attendees before each event.
