We're bringing the Happier Hour Club south of the river for an energising start to your week at Tribe — one of the most calming and contemporary sauna and cold plunge spots in Perth.

This 7am session is all about connection, recovery, and building your health-minded network over contrast therapy. Expect a relaxed vibe, warm conversations, and a sharp reset for the week ahead.

There are only 12 spots available, so book early and lock it in. Please note: this event has a small fee ($15) paid directly to the venue owner upon entry. Most of our events are free, but as we grow, sessions like this help us expand to new venues and locations.
